We offer different menu each season using fresh vegetables grown in the Shimabara peninsula, freshly caught fish in Tachibana Bay and Nagasaki beef (wagyu). We hope you'll be satisfied with the beautiful seasonal dinner.

We serve meals that are gentle to the body such as special Tofu dishes, the best selected rice by local farmers.
